While ownership interests are primarily in single tenant industrial properties, there are also holdings in office, apartment and retail assets, with holdings in over 15 states.

Since 2003, the principals of Centurion have invested in excess of $600 million of industrial assets, including large notable transactions (over $100 million) for Nestle Foods and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. facilities. Capital raised has exceeded $200 million, and comes from a stable of high net worth individuals, including current and former founders and senior executives of Fortune 199 companies, and

owners of major professional sports teams (NFL, NBA and NHL).
