Centurion Investments, LLC was formed in 2003 with the focus of investing in industrial real estate throughout the United States as a means to provide attractive cash flow to our investors, while minimizing the risks attending such investments. Our primary investments are single tenant, long-term, net leased warehouse/distribution and light manufacturing facilities. By focusing on facilities that are strategic to our tenants and under long-term leases, we are able to ride out the ups and downs of the financial markets, while continuing to provide a steady cash flow to investors.
